We are due to receive the Covid Spring booster vaccines on Friday 19.04.24. Once we have had confirmation of the delivery, we will then send a URL link to those who are eligible who have a mobile number to allow you to book your own appointment.

Please note that the URL link only works if you have a smart phone (iPhone/Android). For those of you who do not have a smart phone, you can contact the surgery and press option 5 and leave your name and number and a member of our team will contact you within 3 working days to book your appointment.

More appointments will be made available over the next 6 weeks, as we receive confirmation regarding vaccine delivery.

For any patients who are registered as housebound, visits will be arranged by the Ipswich and East Suffolk vaccination team, not by the practice team. They will contact patients directly.

If you wish to decline the vaccine, please ensure you contact the practice either via email cardinal.medicalpractice@nhs.net, or press option 5 on the phones where you can leave a message without having to wait in the queue.
