Please note that our Deben Road site (Cardinal Medical Practice) will be closed on Fridays from 16:00 and will re-open on Monday morning at 08:00 (unless closed due to a Bank Holiday). Our two remaining branch sites, Chesterfield Drive and Norwich Road will however, remain open until 18:30. If you have been asked by a clinician to drop off a sample, please do not leave this at our Deben Road site.
Please drop your sample off at one of the branch sites instead, where possible, if known, please drop off your sample at the site from which the clinician is based whom you have been dealing with.
